Happy May Day! I hope that you continue to open up and blossom into your true self this month! (See meditation of the month.)Happy Mother's Day too! I hope you are thanking your Mother for all she had done for you wherever she is. Please be sure to thank her for all the things she did right. After all, look at who and where you are now! We all grow and learn from the challenges as well as from the positive input. Your Mother has played her role perfectly for you to be the conscious person you are today - so express your gratitude to her where ever she is.
We had an amazing 6 week program with The Cosmic Mother Sessions. We had such a great response that we are going to offer them on CD for everyone (many of the participants are even ordering them they loved the meditations so much). This series helps you heal and move toward your next level of enlightenment! During the 6 sessions, The Cosmic Mother took participants in meditation to the Crystalline Palace and had them bathe in healing pools on body, emotional and mental levels; helped them experience healings of all of the systems of the body; assisted them in discovering and changing what stops them from healing; as well helping them find what their soul purpose is.
Many people experienced major healings and everyone truly enjoyed the sessions. For me, I was able to see that I could really help people through these teleseminars, and I plan to do more in the future. So, as promised, this 6 CD set of 30-35 minute meditation with me and The Cosmic Mother are now available for $195 ($95 if you participated in the Cosmic Mother sessions).
The Cosmic Mother decided to come through me very strongly while I was on the plane back from Boulder. The other passengers in turn began to put their head down to rest of or go to asleep as her energy moved through the cabin. I hoped the pilots had the plane on auto pilot!
The Cosmic Mother is one with me all of the time, but it is a mystery to me when she decides to radiate out her energy. She must feel that it is needed on some level when it starts to come through.
One last mention about the Swine flu outbreaks...instead of worrying about the outbreaks, please put your energy into helping to stop the spread of it. Every AM and PM - with the higher self's permission - I place protective bubbles around the people who have been infected so they can not spread it. I also ask for protective bubbles to be placed around other beings so they are protected from it. So please hold the vision that it will all die out quickly. Remember, as things stand right now, the swine flu in the US isn't any worse than the yearly flu that goes around - so don't panic!

NINAU (question) of the MAHINA (MONTH):My stomach sometimes gurgles when I am doing healing work. Is this normal?
Yes it is normal. When your stomach gurgles during a treatment, it is a sign that the energy is moving. Sometimes that happens to me during initiations - it is a little embarrassing, but a good sign, nonetheless.

Meditation of the Mahina (month):
- Go into a meditative state sitting outside with your feet on the grass or earth.
- Breathe up the earth energy (which I see as molten gold) up through your feet, legs and into the core of your 1st chakra.
- Experience the 1st chakra blooming like a thousand petal lotus.
- Bring the earth energy up into the 2nd chakra.
- Experience the 2nd chakra blooming like 100 petal lotus.
- Continue in the same manner up through the 3rd, and 4th chakras.
- Send the earth energy down your arms and out your hands.
- Send the earth energy up through the 5th, 6th, and 7th and experience them opening up like a 1000 petal lotus.
- Send the earth energy out 360 degrees around you.
- Ask yourself to be one with nature on the count of 3.
- Count to 3.
- Be one with nature.
- Come out of your meditative state when you are ready.
ARCH/I'O 'IKE (experience) of the Month Aloha!
Mahalo mahalo mahalo for this beautiful and powerful (Cosmic Mother) workshop! It was perfect! I would not change anything! At least for me, this was the perfect combination with the addition of 2 personal sessions that helped me hone in on specifics that needed to be cleared up that I might not have gotten to quite so quickly (or at all) .So far the most interesting thing that happened is the clearing of a condition that I have had for as long as I can remember. A cardiac surgeon explained this as an asthmatic condition that did not allow my lungs to inflate properly causing me to occasionally have to almost fight for a full breath of air. He gave me an inhaler to clear it up. However, the inhaler had steroids in it and caused my hair to fall out so I quit using it and decided to just live with the condition. I noticed last week that it was gone. I am not struggling for a breath. I don't now when it actually went away I just know it has not been challenging for me to breathe for many days. Considering I have had a really nasty cold for the past week, that is amazing!
Now here is the weird stuff. I totally spaced session #5. I remember looking at the clock at 7:30pm (session at 6 here) and remembering it was Wednesday and realizing I had missed my session. I knew all day it was Wednesday and I was excited about the session again. I still have no idea where I went, and it took me hours to get over the instant depression that followed. I guess we cleared things on the causal plane because by Friday I felt a little better. My husband apologized to me for forgetting as well (sweet!) and for session #6 we had signs posted all over and he reminded me several times as well. Now, as I said, I have had a nasty cold all week with lots of icky coughing, etc. At 6pm I was comfortably settled on my couch. The session began and so did my coughing. I coughed, hacked, choked, and cried my way through the session. I could feel the energy going through me and still continued to cough. Loving Husband came in twice to see if he could help me--cough drops, kleenex, concern and love--all helpful but nothing could stop the coughing. As a result I missed most of what you were saying. I received the energy--I could feel it, but my body seems occasionally to forget all about 'ease and grace'. Sigh . . .
The energy delivery continued most of the night and so did much of the coughing. I finally moved into a recliner in the family room where I could sit up and still rest my body. At some point after about 2:30-3am, I dropped off to sleep and slept for only 5 hours, but when I woke up I could tell the worst of whatever happened was over. I am markedly better daily. In the midst of all this messiness, I do my mantra--I now consciously and unconsciously unconditionally LOVE myself--and laugh because it is true, so very true!
I hope you will have the CD's of the sessions for sale as I plan to buy them. The guided meditations were so very delightful and healing. I think each time I listen to them, they will take me to another level! Plus I basically missed 2 of the sessions so I would like to hear them.
