I know that this is a time of change for everyone.
Transformation is rapidly occurring since the return of the Cosmic Mother on June 20, 2008 when the energy and light from the core of the universe reached earth.
Anything and everything that is not of this higher frequency of the Cosmic Mother is coming up to the surface so it may be cleared.
The problems with the US economy is a dramatic example of this cleansing. Massive lack of integrity in the form of greed, hoarding, selfishness, fraud, wealth for some at the great expense of the rest is coming to light. The wizards of corruption are having the curtain pulled and are being exposed. This had to happen! It has been prophesized for eons. We can only move completely into the light if the darkness has been removed.
This applies to us as well. Our unresolved fears, worries and limited beliefs are coming up so we can clear them.
The question is how do we navigate through this shift in the easiest, effortless, most enjoyable way possible? It helps to have support.

During these seven weeks, I will share with you the perspective of the 5th or spiritual dimension where I can see why we create everything and understand the lessons that we need to learn to move into enlightenment.
For your convenience, the classes will be available by telephone or computer via the internet. This 7-week program begins Wednesday, October 15th at 9 PM Eastern Time, 8 PM Central Time, 6 PM Pacific Time and 3 PM Hawaii Time. Boston I'O II Class, October 17-19 - We are moving forward with the I'O II class in Boston. If you are interested in coming, please contact the office ASAP. We are also still looking for an apprentice. If you are interested please call the office.
Boston I'O III Class, November 21-23 - Since we are moving forward with the I'O II class in Boston, we are hopeful that we will have enough people to fill the I'O III class. If you have taken I'O II and missed I'O III, this is your last chance this year to have the opportunity to participate in this class. Early reg date is Oct 24th. We are also looking for an apprentice for this class. If you are interested, please contact the office.

NINAU (question) of the MAHINA (MONTH):I have been on the conscious spiritual path for several years now. How grateful I am for all the things, people, feelings, nature in my life. So, why do I continue to be in such severe pain? I look around and notice there are several of us "healers and seekers" who have significant "body" issues. Why?
We are all here to learn what we need to learn to move us along our path toward enlightenment. For many people if things are going along wonderfully, we do not seek greater spiritual growth. Body dis-ease is always an opportunity for growth. Pain is the body's cry for attention.
Talk to your body. What is it asking for? For some the only time that they put any nurturing energy into or give their body attention is when it is complaining. You would not expect your car to keep running without adding gas, changing the oil, or regular maintenance, but we expect our bodies to run well without paying attention to their needs.
Love your body exactly the way it is. Focus on what it can do, not what it can not. Ask the Divine what the lesson is. My knee problem was a lesson to nurture me first so I can continue to nurture others and I have to continue to do so otherwise my knee whines again. Our bodies are a continuous process not a one time fix. Love yours, nurture yours, listen to yours.

Meditation of the Mahina (month):
1) Go into a meditative state.
2) Find the light, love, and peace in the core of your heart chakra.
3) Expand it out to engulf your body, then your aura.
4) Continue to expand it until you have enveloped the planet with it.
5) Ask that it awaken the light, love, and peace in everyone's heart chakra around the
world, especially the world powers.
6) Come out of meditation.
7) Do this at least daily.
8) I am adding this to the healing and awakening energy that I send out to you two times a day. You can also join with me in doing this at 7:30am and/or 10:30pm in your time zone.
ARCH/I'O 'IKE (experience) of the Month I was attending the I'O I class in Boston and was listening to Laurie when I started having a tickle in my throat. I had been experiencing a sore throat with coughing for several months and had even taken medication, but it wouldn't go away. I needed to cough out loud, but I didn't want to disturb the class members nor did I want them to think that I had something contagious. So I started to think to myself, "please don't cough - make this cough go away". I kept thinking it - then I felt energy coming into my throat area and heating it up. The urge to cough went away instantly and has never come back. I have felt great ever since that night!
Jean from ColoradoOn the way home from the San Diego I'O Mastery class, a gentleman on one of my planes helped me by lifting my suitcase down from the overhead compartment and mentioned that he thought that I must be in COLLEGE - and that my suitcase was heavy because it was full of books!!
