Aloha Oneness Ohana,
Happy Oneness Day (January 1st) and Oneness Year (2008)!
I hope that all of you had a holiday filled with fun, love and laughter! I went to San
Diego to spend it with my 10-year-old twins.

Remember, on January 1st, Oneness Day, we do random acts of kindness, sing Oneness
carols (i.e., John Lennon’s, “Imagine”, and celebrate Oneness with our friends and
families.

I am so excited that we, working together, could change the destiny of this planet!
Remember to keep wearing your Oneness Cords and when they fall off, it is time to
reaffirm your commitment to Oneness and get another Oneness cord by sending a self

In 2003 Laurie went into oneness nonduality. Only one in ten million people is said to
spontaneously go into this state. The Buddhists call this state the highest level of
enlightenment and the Christians refer to it as the highest state of human consciousness.
On 6/20/08 we are astrologically moving into the Gate of God or Oneness. Laurie believes
if enough people take advantage of this opportunity to make a quantum leap in their
consciousness, we can shift the planetary transformation of 2012 from one of drama and
trauma to one of peace and harmony.
All of you will eventually go into oneness non-duality. The Christians call this state,
“The Highest State of Human Consciousness,” the Buddhists call it, “The Highest Level of
Enlightenment.”

NINAU (question) of the MAHINA (MONTH):

Someone asked me after a mini-workshop why, if I had reached those high levels of
consciousness, did I have a large body.

That is a very good question and I’m glad to have the opportunity to answer it.

First, I do not think that the Divine goes by model standards. In India, I would be way
too small to be considered a GURU or Master.

Second, I have low normal cholesterol and blood pressure, and have normal blood sugar
levels.

Third, all of the one in 10 million people that have spontaneously gone into Oneness
Nonduality that are still in human bodies (including me) have more that we can learn in
physical form.

Fourth, my large body gives you yet another opportunity to work on non-judgment : )

Meditation of the mahina (month):

Oneness Meditation

Do at 1:00pm (your time) on January 1. Ideally, daily (any time) for the rest of the
year.

1. Go into meditation
2. Imagine billions of strands of Divine Source light coming down vertically through you
and into mother earth.
3. Imagine billions of strands of Divine Source light coming through you horizontally.
4. As you take a big breath in, pull more Divine Source light down the vertical strands.
5. As you breathe out, send the Divine Source light out of the horizontal strands and
send it around the world.
6. Do this at least 16 times.
7. Find the Divine Source energy in the center of your heart chakra.
8. Using your breath, expand it out to fill your whole body, your home, your block, your
town, your state, your country, the world.
9. Ask that all of the Beings who's body, minds, emotions, and spirits can benefit from
the oneness be awakened to it.
10. If you want to awaken to non-duality oneness ask that the non-duality oneness energy
be activated in you.
11. Enjoy!
12. Come out of meditation.
